Trace inspector

Every orchestrator turn is tagged with a traceId and its steps written to OrchestrationTrace. Paste a turn's traceId — it is on the Conversation row and every DialogueLine — to see the Director / Voice / chime-in / Loremaster / canon steps in order. A failed turn shows which stage broke, so a CloudWatch search is unnecessary.
